After a past in advertising, nelly made a switch in her career after joining Politecnico Di Milano for a Masters in Strategic Design when she investigated the sharing economy and came up with the best case scenario: the ant world (available on YouTube). She joined Make A Cube, an incubator specialized in Social Innovation and Sustainability, and worked on The ChangeMakers Program for Expo Milan 2015.
Nelly relocated to Beirut with a mission to spread the awareness of the collaborative economy and design for problem solving. She co-founded hbr creative platform, the first makerspace in Lebanon, where she leads the Unit for Research and Innovation in Design. Today she serves as OuiShare Lebanon Connector as well.
