Rouven Brües is the recently appointed CEO of the Liquid Democracy association based in Berlin. He studied Liberal Arts & Social Sciences at UCM Maastricht before specialising in post-structural philosophy at the University of Essex. Besides his part-time PhD at Goldsmiths University London he conceptualised online participation processes at Liquid Democracy e.V. where he also co-coordinates the development of the open source participation software Adhocracy.
